Restoring the original detailing and defining colors of this stunning 1899 apartment building on Balders gate in Oslo’s Frogner city district, we collaborated with skilled traditional artisans specializing in masonry, mineral paints, plaster molding, and blacksmithing. Once an overlooked, anonymous grey-scale structure, the building has been revitalized into a striking centerpiece of the street, proudly showcasing its historical charm for Larre Eiendom.
